The two throw pillows were included with my couch order, so I wasn't expecting them to completely transform my space. After having them for almost a year, though, I can confidently say they're nothing special.
They're perfectly fine as functional throw pillows, but aesthetically, they don't add much to the couch or the room. I don't feel like they add any real character, texture, or dimension to my space, which is what I personally want from decorative pillows.
They've held up fine, but I also don't find myself particularly attached to them. In fact, after almost a year, I'm ready to replace them with pillows that better reflect my style and add more personality to the room.
I wouldn't consider the pillows a reason to buy—or not buy—the couch. Since they were included with my order, I'd consider them a nice bonus, but I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase them separately.
I visited the 7th Avenue showroom on 11/10/25 and purchased my 2-Seat Modular Loveseat on 11/16/25. It shipped on 11/19/25 and arrived in two separate orders on 11/21 and 11/24. So, after almost a year of actually living with it, I feel like I can finally give a fair review. Honestly, I still love this couch.
The first thing I was nervous about was choosing white, but the fabric has held up much better than I expected. It is genuinely easy to clean. I've washed the cushion covers once so far and have spot-cleaned them the rest of the time, and I've been really happy with how easy it is to maintain. The couch still looks amazing, which is probably my biggest compliment after having it for almost a year.
There are a couple of things I don't love. The seat cushions do pill, and because the couch is white, it's noticeable. That said, it's nothing a fabric shaver can't fix, so for me it's more of an occasional maintenance annoyance than a dealbreaker.
The seats are pretty firm. They do compress after you've been sitting on them, but all of the cushions are very easy to fluff back into shape. Over time, I also ended up removing some of the filling from both back cushions because I found the couch more comfortable with less filling. Thankfully, that was easy enough to do, and I actually prefer the way the back cushions feel now.
My only other complaint is that my couch doesn't feel quite as securely connected as the one I sat on in the showroom. I assembled mine myself, so I'm…
