Fabrics & Covers

  • WATER-REPELLENT: We have engineered strong water-repellent fabrics that is able to withstand stains & spills ranging from water, sodas, pet urine, ketchup, and even wine - making them great for use with kids, pets, or drunk people.

    To achieve water-repellency, we utilize Durable Water Repellant (DWR) coating technology that is regularly used in raincoats and outdoor jackets. Our DWR coating is specifically engineered for application on indoor upholstery which allows our fabrics to remain smooth.

  • REMOVABLE & WASHABLE COVERS: All of our covers, including covers for the back/base/arms, are fully removable. This means that if they do get dirty, you can simply remove them and wash them. This also means that if you ever would like to replace the covers, or change the color of your sofa, you would simply need to get covers instead of replacing the entire sofa.

  • OEKO-TEX Certified: All of our fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning that they have passed rigorous testings to be free from harmful chemicals that pollute skin and the environment. Certificate Number: BD015 173825 TESTEX.

  • CARE & CLEAN: We recommend regularly cleaning & vacuuming your covers to remove any dirt. To wash the covers, dry cleaning is preferred. For machine washing, we recommend washing the covers in Cold & Delicate setting.

    • Cushions

  • NO FEATHERS: Our cushions are wrapped with ultra-fine Down Alternative and encased in shell casing. Unlike feather-filled cushions, our Down Alternative-filled cushions are hypoallergenic, vegan, cruelty-free, and do not require constant fluffing.

  • BACK CUSHIONS: Our back cushion firmness is adjustable, meaning that you can choose between Medium-Firm (recommended) or Medium Soft. You can also use our complimentary fill packets to customize your own back cushion firmness.

  • SEAT CUSHIONS: Our seat cushions are made out of layers of premium foam (similar to high-end mattresses) that are engineered to give the perfect balance between comfort & support:

    • 1. MEMORY FOAM BLEND: super soft, high-density memory foam layer that provides extra comfort and bounce to your sit.
    2. HIGH-RESILIENCY FOAM: the highest-grade polyurethane foam that is extremely elastic, distributes pressure equally across an entire surface, and is extremely durable (can last >10 years).

    Construction

  • FRAME: we use strong, high-density Indonesian solid wood that provides an incredibly durable and sturdy base. They are kiln-dried to prevent mold from growing, and are further reinforced by corner blocks as well metal support to add extra strength.

  • LEGS: Sofa legs are usually the first to break. We guard this by using steel-reinforced legs that will absorb the pressure exerted on the sofa.

  • SUSPENSION: We use high-gauge sinuous spring suspension system seat platform for a resilient and well balanced sit.

  • SUSTAINABILITY: We only use wood that are certified by Forest Stewardship Council®, the leading international authority on sustainable forest management and is the “gold standard” for wood harvests. We also only use low-VOC and water-based glue to reduce any toxic waste created during production.

    • Care & Clean

  • SPOT CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: There are multiple ways to spot clean your fabrics. With light dirt or marks such as shoe scuff or pet paw marks, we recommend simply using a dry paper towel to brush the dirt away. For slightly more stubborn marks, we recommend using gentle wet wipes that contain mild cleaning agents such Clorox wipes or using gentle carpet stain remover such as Folex. For heavier marks, we recommend using upholstery cleaners such as Bissell Little Green Machine. If these methods do not work, please proceed to the washing instructions below.   • WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Washing your fabrics at home is easy! For machine wash, select ‘Cold’ and ‘Delicate’ setting. Use any regular gentle detergent, no bleach allowed. Avoid using detergent or 3-in-1 pods that may contain bleach. Once washing has finished, we recommend air-drying your fabrics. If needed, fabrics can go in the dryer when set to ‘Tumble Dry’ and ‘No Heat’. Professional dry cleaning is allowed and recommended to prolong the fabric lifespan.   • HOW TO KEEP YOUR WHITE COVERS FRESH: Breathe new life into your white fabrics by giving them a soak in whitening & stain removing powders such as Oxiclean. Soak your fabrics in warm water and use generous amounts of Oxiclean. Do this every several months to keep your fabrics fresh & white.

  • HOW TO KEEP YOUR COVERS SHOWROOM CRISP: In order to keep your fabrics looking showroom crisp, steam your fabrics from time to time and after every wash to remove wrinkles.
