7th Avenue SoHo Flagship Giveaways

OFFICIAL RULES | NOVEMBER 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The 7th Avenue SoHo Flagship Giveaways (each, a "Giveaway") are sponsored by 7th Avenue ("Sponsor"), located at 476 Broome Street, New York, NY 10013.

Two separate Giveaways will be held in celebration of the opening of 7th Avenue's SoHo flagship showroom, with one (1) prize awarded at each event.

2. Eligibility

Each Giveaway is open exclusively to invited guests who attend the corresponding 7th Avenue SoHo flagship opening event and who:

  • Are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.
  • Are legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Submit a qualifying entry during the applicable Giveaway entry period.

Employees of 7th Avenue and individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaways, along with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

Eligible guests may enter by sharing content from the applicable 7th Avenue SoHo flagship opening event on Instagram or TikTok during the designated entry period.

Qualifying entries include:

  • Instagram Stories: Stories tagging @7thAvenueCo.
  • Instagram Feed Posts: Feed posts tagging @7thAvenueCo.
  • TikTok Feed Posts: TikTok videos tagging @7thAvenueCo.

Each qualifying post or Story counts as one (1) entry. Participants may submit multiple entries by publishing multiple qualifying posts or Stories.

All entries must:

  • Be published during the applicable entry period.
  • Feature content from the corresponding 7th Avenue SoHo event.
  • Tag @7thAvenueCo.
  • Be publicly visible and verifiable by Sponsor.

Posts from private accounts, posts without the required tag, and content that cannot be verified by Sponsor will not qualify.

Instagram Stories must remain available for Sponsor to verify during their normal visibility period. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that cannot be identified or verified.

No purchase is required to enter or win.

4. Giveaway Entry Periods

Giveaway 1: Paws On Party

Event: Tuesday, November 10, 2026

Entry Period:

  • Opens: Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Closes: Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time

Winner Selection and Notification: Monday, November 16, 2026

Giveaway 2: SoHo Grand Opening Party

Event: Thursday, November 12, 2026

Entry Period:

  • Opens: Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Closes: Friday, November 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time

Winner Selection and Notification: Monday, November 16, 2026

Each Giveaway operates independently. Entries submitted for one Giveaway will not count toward the other Giveaway.

5. Prizes

Each Giveaway will award one (1) 7th Avenue 2-Seat Modular Loveseat, including delivery and assembly within the contiguous United States.

The approximate retail value of each prize ranges from $2,210 to $3,350, depending on the selected configuration and fabric.

Winners may select from a limited assortment of eligible fabrics and configurations designated by Sponsor. Not all fabrics, configurations, or customization options will be available as part of the prize.

Prizes are nontransferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor's discretion, subject to applicable law.

Each winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting the prize.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each Giveaway's respective entry period.

Both random drawings will take place on Monday, November 16, 2026.

Each qualifying post or Story constitutes one (1) entry into the applicable drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Potential winners will be notified on Monday, November 16, 2026, via direct message to the Instagram or TikTok account associated with the selected entry.

Each potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification to claim their prize.

Sponsor may require verification of identity, age, residency, event attendance, and compliance with these Official Rules before confirming a winner.

If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot be verified, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize fulfillment, including fabric and configuration selection, delivery scheduling, and assembly, will be coordinated directly with the confirmed winner.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the applicable terms and community guidelines of Instagram and TikTok.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, misleading, inappropriate, incomplete, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, platform errors, missed tags, unavailable Stories, or other circumstances that prevent an entry from being received or verified.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity or administration, subject to applicable law.

9. Social Media Disclaimer

These Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.

By entering, participants release Instagram, Meta, and TikTok from responsibility relating to these Giveaways to the extent permitted by applicable law.
