    Gorgeous couch

    We were looking for a new couch for our second home. We have a LoveSac at our main home (in a 2x2 movie watching configuration), but we didn't have enough room for the 2x2 in our new home and there are some things we don't 100% love about the LoveSac. We knew we wanted a deep couch, and after extensive online research, I ended up finding 7th Avenue. We drove down to their showroom in Portland, Oregon, and we loved what we saw, so we ended up ordering the extra-deep 2-seater couch in Olive on the spot. The showroom salesperson was suuuper helpful and kind, both that day and helping us coordinate delivery after the fact.

    We delayed delivery of the couch because we were still waiting to close escrow on our new place, and we had white glove delivery, which made setup a total breeze! Everyone we encountered during the shopping and delivery process - from the rep who did a Zoom call with us, to the showroom salesperson, to the delivery guys - were great.

    After a few months of settling into our new couch, I would say that we are very happy with it. Despite it's incredible depth, we're still sort of getting used to not having the 2x2 setup that we have in our main home (where we can sit with out feet straight out in front of us). I would also say that the couch is not as *cozy* as I'm used to because it doesn't really allow you to sink in and the back and sides are pretty low. I think we need some more big giant pillows!

    I earlier left a 2 year review about how the couch had multiple issues. All true…however we were contact by 7th avenue. Their warranty process and costumer service is 6 stars out of 5. Lifetime warranty with all issues resolved. Love the “new” couch.
