Back Cushion Firmness
All of our back cushions are adjustable in firmness, even after delivery. If you’d like to increase your back cushion firmness, we can send you complimentary down alternative fill packets for you to firm up your back cushions.

  • Water-repellent & stain-resistant covers using DWR coating technology. Easily withstands water, coffee, pet urine, ketchup, and even red wine.
  • Removable & washable covers allowing for covers to be cleaned when they get dirty. Dry clean or machine-wash at home.
  • Removable covers also means that sofa color can be changed anytime you get bored or need a home makeover.
  • Adjustable back cushion firmness. Choose between Medium-Soft or Medium Firm, or use our complimentary fill packets to firm up the back cushions yourself.

  • We currently ship all orders from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. We charge a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
  • We offer 10-day free returns or refunds for any purchase. Shipping charges would apply and must return in original packaging.
  • We want to make you sure you love your sofa. We will cover all damages that occur in shipping or sofa parts that are missing.
  • If you are unhappy with your fabric color selection, we offer 30-day free exchanges if you’d like to change your fabrics color.
  • We will ship all modular pieces via FedEx. For safety, signature is required upon FedEx delivery unless requested otherwise.
  • If you are located within 60 miles of Los Angeles, orders are delivered via our own Local Delivery team who will deliver, unbox, and assemble your sofa.
  • For a small fee, you may also choose to include assembly with your order. Assembly will be conducted by a verified 3rd party assembler from TaskRabbit or other platforms.
