We’ve been very thoughtful in every detail of the design and construction of our products to ensure that you’re totally satisfied with your purchase. But if you aren’t completely happy, we’ll take it back -- even if you’ve used it. We back our sofas with an industry-leading return policy to ensure our customers can purchase with peace of mind.
How we ship & assemble orders
We currently ship all orders from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA
We offer flat rate shipping for all orders based on distance from our warehouse. Flat shipping rate is automatically shown at checkout.
For shipping outside of the contiguous U.S or internationally, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are located within 60 miles of Los Angeles, orders are delivered via our own Local Delivery team who will deliver, unbox, and assemble your sofa. Our team will also remove the trash and boxes when requested.
For orders outside of Southern California, we will ship all modular pieces via FedEx. For safety, signature is required upon FedEx delivery unless requested otherwise. For a small fee, you may also choose to include assembly with your order. Assembly will be conducted by a verified 3rd party assembler via TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, or AngiesList. Each assembler has been background checked, and our team will coordinate with each assembler on the proper instructions on how to best assemble your sofa.
For some rural areas, assemblers may not available. When this happens, we will refund you back the assembly cost and our team will guide you through the assembly process.
Within 10 days of delivery, we offer free return and 100% money back or 100% merchandise credit. Return shipping charges apply. Please note, we are only able to process refunds to the original source of payment.
A note on returns
Our team takes great pride in working with our customers to ensure a quick and efficient resolution to any return request. To initiate a return, just email us at email@example.com. Return shipping charges apply.
Our policy for returns is to ask that you keep the original packaging. We will send you return labels that you can use to return the products, inside the original packaging, back to us. Once the original packaging has arrived at our facility, we will inspect them for damages. If clear of any damages, we will refund your purchase.
Free 30-day fabrics exchange
If you are unhappy with your fabric color selection, we offer 30-day free exchanges if you’d like to change your fabrics color. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get the exchange going for you!
If any damages or manufacturing defects are reported within 10 days of delivery, we will make it right. Please contact us at email@example.com with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible. If we are unable to repair the sofa or chair, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
We have limited lifetime warranty on all of our modular sofas. Our warranty exclusively covers construction which includes legs, frame, wood, and springs. If at anytime during the lifetime of your sofa the construction breaks, we would cover them. Our warranty does not cover wear & tear which includes anything related to the cushions and covers.
Restrictions / Limitations
Purchasing and free shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States.
Our return policy is limited to one return or exchange per item per household.
